Fix It People is a fast-paced, energetic contracting/maintenance company. Currently we are seeking an experienced individual to manage the day-to-day operations and assist with business development.

General requirements:

  • Experience with interior residential paint jobs -- apartments and condos, big & small
  • Comfortable with drywall repair, patching and painting
  • Experience in light handyman skills
  • Ability to estimate jobs in terms of how long a job will take to complete
  • Access to a reliable automobile and tools
  • Reliable, responsive and professional

Job Description

  • Communicate with vendors & customers - must be very responsive and able to switch gears quickly.
  • Manage and plan the schedule for more than 10 contractors. 
  • Assist with invoicing and processing payments, experience with Quickbooks desirable.
  • Provide assistance and support w/ tasks including answering phones, scheduling & coordinating work orders. 
  • Full time, Monday-Friday position 

General requirements:

  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn
  • Responsive, responsive, responsive
  • 2+ years of employment history - maintenance/contractor experience or knowledge a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Be punctual & efficient.
  • Ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions.
